Nope. Not for me.

The one good thing I can say is that the patch made me feel sleepy after I first applied it. However, once I went to bed, it didn't help me fall asleep. And then, once I did fall asleep, I didn't stay asleep. I tried it twice, and both times were a fail. Sorry, but this was a dud.

I got the Dream patch because I haven’t slept in 14 years…since before kids. I’ve tried everything natural on the market to sleep and nothing works. I was so so happy and surprised to find that this patch actually work. It was the first time in a long time that I didn’t need unisom to sleep. Could be the patch works different that supplements…either way I’m sold!!! Love them!! My only wish is that they came in bigger packs
